ADD APT DISP 400 is excellent solvent-free Dispersants for (mineral) pigments and fillers. They enable a high pigment loading at low viscosity.

Benefits The addition of ADD APT ® DISP 400 results in a high loading of mineral particles at a relatively low viscosity.
With inorganic pigments and/or fillers an amount between 0.2 - 1.0% of active material of ADD APT DISP 400 is recommended, whereas an active amount between 1.5 - 3.0% is recommended with organic pigments.
This results in amounts of DISP 400 between 0.3 - 1.0% on total formulation.
The very narrow molecular weight distribution of DISP 400 guarantees a high effectiveness in dispersing properties. This makes both DISP-grades
highly suitable for highly filled wall paints, where high scrub resistance values can be achieved, but also as a concrete additive.
Low- and narrow molecular weight polyacrylate having a sodium cation. Used as a very good solvent-free dispersant for (mineral) pigments and fillers in paint, printing ink and paper coating industries. Allows high pigment loading at low viscosity. Suits for highly filled wall paints. Provides high scrub resistance.
Use level: 0.3-1.0% on total formulation.
