It is a proprietary blend of polyacrylates, PAGs and surface-active components. Paint industry 0.05 to 0.5 % wt. on total formulation Printing Ink industry 0.05 to 0.5 % wt. on total formulation 100% solubility in water; no turbidity or haze of the liquid phase in clear systems Maintains the defoaming properties over a prolonged period of time Filters and spray nozzles will not be blocked whilst using ADD APT Foamstop 150 Effective over a wide pH range (2 to 12) Biodegradable Does not contain mineral oil, amines, nitrates or fluorides Metal surfaces are readily cleaned by rinsing with tap water No paint or plating adhesion problems expected when the defoamer is applied For use in formulations which contain non-ionic or anionic surfactants Highly effective foam control agent. Used for all types of aqueous systems especially curtain coating- and spray applications for paint and printing ink industries. Gives no turbidity or haze and no paint or plating adhesion problems. Maintains defoaming properties over a prolonged period of time. Offers effectiveness over a wide pH range, biodegradability. Does not contain mineral oil, amines, nitrates or fluorides.
