It can also act as a polymerisable surface active agent with excellent wetting and levelling properties. It is a proprietary mixture of Acrylated mono-and di-Phosphate ester; where the reactive Acrylate group is Methacrylate, modified with O-(CF2 O)n.10-CH3 Emulsions for paints, lacquers, printing inks and adhesives 0.05 - 0.25 % wt. based on monomers, co-polymerisable wetting and levelling agent, reduces surface tension at low concentrations Easy to handle liquid Already at low concentrations a reduced surface tension can be achieved thereby improving the wetting of difficult substrates like soiled metal and ‘plastics’. ADD APT ® PolySurF HPF can easily be co-polymerised with other acrylic monomers and Styrene. The di-phosphate ester affords some degree of crosslinking without gel formation. Mixture of methacrylated mono-and di-phosphate ester. Used as a solvent free UV-curable additive for paints, lacquers and printing inks. Can be used as a polymerisable surface active agent. Offers very good wetting and levelling properties, easy handling and reduced surface tension at low concentrations. Improves wetting of difficult substrates like soiled metal and ‘plastics’. Can be co-polymerised with other acrylic monomers and styrene. Gives some degree of crosslinking without gel formation. Use level: 0.05-0.25 %wt based on monomers.
