Â©¶· >> ¶þÑõ»¯îÑ Filler >> Titanium dioxide ÓÍÄ« Inks Í¿²ã Coatings MT-500T is a micronized titanium dioxide that has been treated with fatty acid, specifically stearic acid, and an aluminum compound. Due to the stearic acid treatment agent, MT-500T will dramatically reduce the possibility of free radicle formation which has been proven to occur in other grades of titanium dioxide. A free radical is characterized as a molecular fragment having one or more unpaired electrons, usually short lived and highly reactive. MT-500T has a good affinity with resins and oils; as a result, films made of resins utilizing MT-500T give a sense of clearness, while protecting the substrate against ultraviolet light. When it is used in combination with colored pigments, it is possible to retain clear colors while protecting the coating from discoloration and fading. Shading effect from UV light: Excellent Transparency to visible light: Excellent Dispersibility in oil: Excellent Light stability: Excellent Inks Paints Micronized titanium dioxide treated with fatty acid, specifically stearic acid, and an aluminum compound. Used in combination with colored pigments in paints and inks. Provides very good shading effect from UV light, transparency to visible light, dispersibility in oil and light stability. Reduces possibility of free radicle formation.
