A moderately-fast reactive tin catalyst designed for systems where more activity is required. Organotin catalyst exhibiting high catalytic activity. Useful in both one-part moisture cure and two-part isocyanate coatings. Provides significant benefits to the user versus other available catalyst. Specifically this catalyst provides: high catalytic activity; excellent masterbatch stability; and compatibility with amine co-catalysts.
