defoamer is a liquid, 100% active, ether-modified, polysiloxane-based (silicone) defoamer. This product is designed to provide a balance of excellent knockdown defoaming and sustained antifoaming over time in a variety of waterborne formulations, such as pigment grind applications, printing inks, industrial maintenance coatings and wood coatings. Surfynol® DF-62 defoamer is especially useful when long-term defoamer efficacy is desired. It has been proven to maintain antifoaming in both oven and room temperature aging studies of various waterborne systems.
