It is designed for use in waterborne paints and is delivered as a low- viscous solution, containing a nonionic surfactant to improve handling and incorporation. BERMODOL PUR 2150 is especially suitable in paints with binders like PVA, PVA/acrylics and VA/VeoVa that have weak association with associative thickeners. For optimal balance between low and high shear viscosity BERMODOL PUR 2150 is recommended to be used in combinations with BERMODOL PUR 2130 or BERMODOL PUR 2110 which increases high shear viscosity. Associative polyurethane thickener without any additional organic co-solvents.Can be used to thicken and stabilize latex paints by increasing low shear viscosity. Suitable in paints with binders like PVA, PVA/acrylics and VA/VeoVa that have weak association with associative thickeners.
