approx. 75 % solution in a 1 : 1 blend of 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate and
xylene.
Low-viscosity liquid
Basonat HB 175 MP/X is suitable for crosslinking most hydroxyacrylic
resins (eg, Lumitol ® grades) and hydroxylic polyesters.
Basonat HB 175 MP/X is used to make coatings with very good stability to
light and excellent outdoor performance. Sometimes aliphatic polyiso-cyanates
are even used in primers for coating aluminium, plastics and
other difficult substrates (eg, composites).
Low viscosity polyisocyanate biuret based on hexamethylene diisocyanate solution in a blend of 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate and xylene. Used for lightfast and weather-resistant polyurethane finishes such as primers for coating aluminium, plastics and other difficult substrates (composites). Can be used for crosslinking most hydroxylic acrylate resins and hydroxylic polyesters.
