two-pack urethane finishes
Solvent-free polyisocyanate based on isocyanurate-modified hexamethylene
diisocyanate.
Basonat HI 100 is used for crosslinking most hydroxyacrylic resins (eg,
Lumitol ® grades).
Basonat HI 100 is used for formulating urethane finishes with particularly
good stability to light and excellent outdoor performance. Since it is sup-plied
in a solventless form, it allows an almost free choice of solvents. In
the case of furniture varnishes for example, it can be thinned with very
volatile solvents when solvents with a high evaporation number (ether = 1)
would otherwise retard drying excessively.
Solvent-free polyisocyanate based on isocyanurate-modified hexamethylene
diisocyanate. Used for lightfast and weather-resistant two-pack urethane finishes for applications such as furniture varnishes. Can be used for crosslinking most hydroxyacrylic resins.
