Use level: 0.1-1% based upon total formulation.
Exterior wall paints, gloss and semi-gloss paints, plastic coatings, wood/ parquet varnishes, furniture and automotive coatings.
BYK-028 is the standard defoamer for water-based systems and the basis (starting selection) for the testing of a defoamer series. BYK-028 is suitable for dispersion paints and printing inks with a PVC from 0 to 25 based on acrylate/polyurethane or polyurethane. BYK- 028 is easy to incorporate.
Mixture of hydrophobic solids and foam destroying polysiloxanes in polyglycol. Used as a defoamer for aqueous coatings and printing inks. Can be used in dispersion paints and printing inks based on acrylate/polyurethane or polyurethane. Offers easy incorporation. <br>
