Properties
Baysilone®-Paint Additive PL is highly compatible with numerous organic binders and is an effective flow-promoter. lt eliminates rheological defects such as craters and / or spray structures.
Applications
Baysilone®-Paint Additive PL is particularly effective in unsaturated, paraffin-free polyester resins, epoxy resins and combinations of epoxy resins with phenolic resins or amino resins.
Addition rate
0.02 - 0.2% based on solids content.
Recoatability
Use of Baysilone®-Paint Additive PL does not generally result in a reduction in adhesion between base and top coat. lt can therefore be used in primers and undercoats.
