Primary drier for solvent borne oxidatively drying coatings with enhanced discoloration stability
Borchers® Dry VP 0133 is a new primary drier based on highly active synergistic drier composition combined with an organic drying accelerator. It is suitable for all solvent borne coatings systems as well as VOC-reduced and high solid paints based on alkyds resin, epoxy esters and other oxidatively drying binders. Can be used for clear coats or for pigmented systems
Borchers® Dry VP 0133 provides rapid surface dry and also good through-drying properties. The drying ability of coatings siccativated with Borchers® Dry VP 0133 remains constant even after extended time of storage. The drying results are comparable to those obtained with cobalt siccativated systems.
It provides improved discoloration and yellowing resistance
