Properties Borchi® Gen PP 100 is soluble in water and solvents. Only small amounts are needed to achieve good wetting and dispersion of pigments, with considerably shortened milling and dispersion times. Applications Borchi® Gen PP 100 is particularly suited to manufacture of concentrated aqueous pigment pastes with organic or inorganic pigments. lt is highly compatible with the following water-borne binder systems: - acrylate dispersions - 1K-PUR, water-borne - 2K-PUR, water-borne - epoxy, water-emulsifiable - air- and oven-drying, acid- or amine neutralized water-borne binders Mixing and addition rate The addition rate is approximately 0.5 - 3.0% relative to the total volume. In pigment paste formulations with an aqueous basis, quantities of about 15 - 30% Borchi® Gen PP 100 relative to the pigment content have proved suitable Liquid, solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent for water-borne paint systems.
