Self-emulsifying pigment pastes can be formulated comprising only
of the pigment and ALCOPOL O 70 PG (or less often suitable for
this purpose ALCOPOL O CONC 60%).
Water-based coatings
ALCOPOL O CONC 60% (or ALCOPOL O 70 PG) may be post-
added to a coating formulation to assist the wetting of substrates
with low surface tension, e.g. plastics and metals.
