The special raw materials and the composition of this tried-and-tested PE-amide wax mixture give it the most universal suitability, as on the one hand it exhibits extremely good mechanical surface characteristics due to its PE wax components, and on the other hand it also acts as a degassing agent. This characteristic has a specially beneficial effect on the quality of powder-coating of porous substrates and zinc-coated steel sheeting.
Further advantages are its easy grindability, its enhancement of the matting effect, and its prevention of caking of powder-coating particles during the packing and storing processes, thus ensuring an increase in storage stability.
Recommended usage level: 0.5-1.5%.
