Properties DEHYDRAN® 1922 is a highly effective defoamer or
air release agent particularly suitable for use in
powder based emulsion paints and in similar
formulations. DEHYDRAN® 1922 can be mixed with
all other powder components without any problems.
DEHYDRAN® 1922 has yielded particularly good
results in the manufacture of powder based levelling
compounds and mortars as well as plasters based
on cement. In these cases, the use of
DEHYDRAN® 1922 ensures a fast escape of air
entrapped while incorporating water. The resulting
mastics have a smaller content of air pores andThe optimum quantity required should be determined
