Foamaster® G defoamer provides efficient foam and
froth control in the manufacture of paints. Liquid in
nature and essentially 100% active, this defoaming
agent is recommended for PVA, acrylic and vinyl
acrylic emulsions.
Recommended for defoaming of:
Waterborne architectural coatings.
In paint formulations, 2 to 3 pounds of Foamaster®
G effectively defoam 100 gallons of paint. It is best
used as received, rather than predispersed in water.
One half of the normal amount is added to the
pigment before grinding to suppress the formation of
foam, and the remainder to the "let down" portion.
100% active defoaming agent. Used for waterborne architectural coatings based on PVA, acrylic and vinyl acrylic emulsions. Provides efficient foam and froth control.
