SER-AD ® FX 511 is a 100% active, low odor coalescing agent for emulsion paints. Due to its high efficiency,
SER-AD ® FX 511 can be used to reduce the total VOC in the paint.

In general, SER-AD ® FX 511 is effective at 0.2% - 2.0% of the total formulation weight, depending on the emulsion hardness and the required Minimum Film Forming Temperature.
Low odor, low VOC, 100% active coalescing agent. Used for water-based systems such as low and no odor emulsion paints, low VOC paints and spray paints/contractor paints. Offers high efficiency, improved paint weathering/scrub resistance, very good cold temperature touch-up, reduced cracking, and improved touch-up when roller or brush applied over sprayed coating. Can be used to reduce total VOC in the paint. <br>
Use level: 0.2-2.0% of the total formulation weight.
