Crayvallac FLOW-100 functions by lowering the surface tension of the coating during cure. This lowering in surface tension substantially enhances the substrate wetting process and results in excellent coating film formation. This product must be used indirectly following its dispersion in a suitable carrier. A common technique used is to dissolve Crayvallac FLOW-100 in molten polyester. Once cooled, the polyester/acrylic blend is then granulated for dry blending with the other coating components prior to extrusion. 100% active, acrylic flow and levelling agent. Used in powder coatings and coatings in general e.g. solvent-based, highsolids and solvent-free. Eliminates orange peel, pinholing and craters in powder coating systems. Enhances substrate wetting and results in very good coating film formation. Produces smoother films with fewer defects. Contains no silicone ingredients.
