Crayvallac PC functions by reducing the melt viscosity during cure and hence has a synergistic effect on other additives such as acrylic flow agents and degassing agents such as benzoin. Crayvallac PC displays excellent thermal stability. Crayvallac PC is suitable for incorporation using conventional pre-mixing techniques prior to extrusion. Micronised hydrogenated castor oil derivative. Used for powder coatings based on PRIMID, hybrid and TGIC technologies. Provides enhanced substrate wetting, degassing, flow and levelling. Displays very good thermal stability. Compatible with polyesters and hybrids.
