Crayvallac WF-3200
Compared to Crayvallac WN-1495, this micronised polyethylene product provides enhanced slip and mar resistance due to its PTFE modification. Crayvallac WF-3200 is suitable for incorporation using conventional pre-mixing techniques prior to extrusion.
Micronised PTFE modified polyethylene wax conforming to FDA. Used for printing inkswhere it provides heat resistance,. Also used in powder coatings, metal decorating, coil coatings and general industrial coatings. Provides very good slip and lubricity. Improves anti-blocking. Provides good surface hardness and toughness. Improves mar, scratch and abrasion resistance. Controls frictional characteristics of coating. Enhances surface protection properties.
