A very fast curing accelerator with a low
activation temperature. The processing safety
can be increased by combining with MBTS.
Used in wire insulation and jackets, dipped
goods, latex compounds, cements, footwear
and molded goods.
Methazate® is a very fast curing accelerator as low processing temperatures with medium precuring tendency. Excellent compounding aging properties. Most widely used accelerator for latex compounding. Used in latex foam, dipped goods and fabric coatings.
