Halwedrol® OX 48/40 W is an aqueous anionic emulsion of modified polyurethane.
It is used in water-borne, oxidatively drying (rapid touch drying)anticorrosion primers for professional painter, consumer and industrial use. Also suitable in single-coat paints for dark color shades on steel, aluminum and various plastics; in baking systems for exterior trim in subdued shades.
It possesses rapid touch drying, good corrosion protection, moderate hardness with good elasticity, good early water resistance, good shear resistance, free of co-solvents, contains no emulsifiers.
