CELLOXIDE 2021 is an alicyclic epoxy resin formed by our proprietary epoxidation technique using peracetic acid. It is a liquid with lower viscosity than epi- and bis- epoxy resins for general purposes, and contains no halogen impurities such as chlorine. It features superior transparency due to acid anhydride curing agents, and provides cured bodies with a high heat-deformation temperature. These properties enable applications such as electric-insulating varnishes and sealants for semiconductors. It is also applicable to stabilizers serving as the acid catcher for halogen compounds, and to photo-cation-cured coatings.
Good reactivity, alicyclic epoxy resin. Used in electrical-insulating varnishes for semi-conductors and ultraviolet-curing coating materials. Offers low viscosity, no halogen impurities such as chlorine, superior transparency and high heat-deformation temperature.
