It is used in waterborne coatings and printing inks, i.e. flexo and gravure, coatings (wood-, car-, industrial-, "2 piece can").It improves mar- and scratch resistance, anti-blocking, high abrasion resistance because of extreme hardness, avoids metal marking, improves overprintability, improves sanding, improves temperature stability, high melting point.
