D.E.R. 671-XM75 solid epoxy resin solution generally provides the best overall balance of properties for polyamide and polyamine cured coatings. D.E.R. 671-XM75 low molecular weight, epoxy resin solutions formulated with polyamine or polyamide hardeners form an excellent base for many high quality chemical resistant coatings. These two-pack coating systems have applications where cure must be achieved at ambient temperature, and films must withstand exposure to corrosive atmospheres containing a variety of chemical reagents, solvents or salt water. The outstanding resistance properties, hardness, excellent adhesion to almost any substrate and flexibility are utilized in a wide variety of industrial finishes, including marine coatings, tank-linings and industrial maintenance coatings. D.E.R. 671-XM75 solid epoxy resin solution can also be used as complimentary resin in non-epoxy coating systems to improve resistance properties. Automotive Coatings Marine & Protective Coatings Low molecular weight reaction product of liquid epoxy and bisphenol-A dissolved in a mixture of xylene and methyl isobutyl ketone solvent. Used in combination with polyamine or polyamide hardeners to form a very good base for many high quality chemical resistant two-pack coatings such as automotive, marine, protective and industrial maintenance coatings. Provides outstanding resistance properties, hardness, very good adhesion to almost any substrate and flexibility. Can be used as complimentary resin in non-epoxy coating systems to improve resistance properties.
