D.E.R.* 732P liquid epoxy resin is a
reaction product of epichlorohydrin
and polypropylene glycol.
D.E.R. 732P is a flexible, low viscosity,
light color epoxy resin for use in coatings
and adhesives. D.E.R. 732P
epoxy resin, when blended with conventional
bisphenol-A based epoxy
resins, imparts flexibility, elongation
and improves impact resistance. This
resin serves also as a viscosity reducer,
or can serve as the basis for
advanced polymers for a variety of
water-borne and solvent-borne coatings.
Although many different commercial
applications can benefit from
the improved flexibility and impact
properties offered by this resin, it is
particularly beneficial in construction
and civil engineering applications. In
this context, the pot-life of a formulation
can be extended (reactivity
reduced) when D.E.R. 732P resin is
added to aromatic epoxy binder systems.

Marine & Protective Coatings
Flexible, low viscosity, light color reaction product of epichlorohydrin
and polypropylene glycol. Used as the basis for advanced polymers for a variety of water-borne and solvent-borne automotive, protective and marine coatings. Can be blended with conventional bisphenol-A based epoxy resins to impart flexibility, elongation and improve impact resistance. Can be used as a viscosity reducer.
