D.E.R.* 8230-W5 solid epoxy resin is
a low molecular weight epoxy resin
containing 5 wt. % of a siloxane flow
modifier.
D.E.R. 8230-W5 epoxy resin is a 3-
type solid epoxy resin containing 5 %
of a siloxane flow modifier designed
as a masterbatch resin for epoxy powder
coating applications (clear or filled
coatings). The siloxane flow modifier is
not applied to a silica base, as is the
case with traditional powder coating
flow modifiers, and as such clear coatings
are achievable with a
high degree of clarity.
