Dow Corning ® 3 Additive has been successful in these industrial applications :
To provide pigment treatment: Coating Solvent-based wood coating at 0.2-0.5%
To improve leveling: Coating Solvent-based industrial coating at 0.1-0.2%
Silicone resin with silanol functionality in toluene. Used to improve pigment dispersion, reduce separation and floatation and provide leveling, flow-out and gloss in solvent-based wood and industrial coatings. Offers compatibility with epoxy and polyurethane systems.
