EASTMAN Ester Gum LD Resin, a medium hard thermoplastic resin, is the deoderised glycerol ester of selected rosin. It is destined for non-food applications. EASTMAN Ester Gum LD Resin is commonly used as a resin modifier for film formers, elastomers and waxes in various adhesive, ink and protective coating compositions
Pale color; low odor; low acid number; good adhesion and tack-producing properties; broad solubility and compatibility ranges. Compatible with natural rubber, synthetic rubbers, Ethylcellulose, Polystyrene, many natural and synthetic resins, waxes and most vinyl resins.
Medium hard thermoplastic deoderised glycerol ester of selected rosin. Used as a resin modifier for inkk and protective coating compositions. Offers pale color, low odor, low acid number, good adhesion and tack and compatibility with natural and synthetic rubbers, ethylcellulose, polystyrene, many natural and synthetic resins, waxes and most vinyl resins.
