FORAL 85-55WKX synthetic resin dispersion is a 55% solids content, anionic (ion tolerant) aqueous resin dispersion prepared from FORAL 85 synthetic resin, the glycerol ester of a highly hydrogenated rosin. It can be used as a tackifier resin in various types of adhesives, and in protective and barrier type coatings that require an exceptional degree of color retention and oxidation resistance.
Oxidation resistance; pale color and excellent color retention; wide compatibility; solvent free; free of protective colloids.
Compatible (both in the dispersed and dried forms) with styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), natural and neoprene rubbers; acrylics, polyvinyl acetate, and vinyl-acetate-ethylene copolymers.
Solvent-free, anionic (ion tolerant) aqueous resin dispersion of glycerol ester of a highly hydrogenated rosin. Used in protective and barrier type coatings. Offers high degree of color retention and oxidation resistance, pale color and no protective colloids. Gives compatibility with styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), natural and neoprene rubbers, acrylics, polyvinyl acetate, and vinyl-acetate-ethylene copolymers.
