KRISTALEX 1120 hydrocarbon resin is a water white, highly color stable, nonpolar, low molecular weight, thermoplastic resin. It is compatible with a wide variety of oils, waxes, alkyds, plastics, and elastomers. KRISTALEX 1120 hydrocarbon resin is soluble in many common organic solvents and is particularly suitable for use in plastics modification, adhesives, and coatings.
Compatible in useful proportions with a wide variety of materials, including styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and SBR block copolymers; neoprene, polybutadiene, and acrylic polymers; chlorinated rubber; ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resins; styrenated, vinylated, and drying oil alkyds; rosin ester resins; and ethyl-hydroxyethylcellulose (EHEC).
Highly color stable, nonpolar, low molecular weight, thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. Used in coatings. Offers compatibility with a wide variety of oils, waxes, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and SBR block copolymers, neoprene, polybutadiene, acrylic polymers, chlorinated rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resins, styrenated, vinylated, drying oil alkyds, rosin ester resins and ethyl hydroxyethylcellulose (EHEC).
