PAMAK 1 high purity grade fatty acid is produced by fractional distillation of tall oil. It is a pale, readily handled oily liquid of uniform property and composition. It consists largely of straight chain, 18-carbon mono- and diunsaturated fatty acid, mainly oleic and linoleic.
