PERMALYN 3100 synthetic resin is a hard, pale, thermoplastic pentaerythritol (PE) ester of rosin. It is suggested for use in adhesives, protective coating vehicles, and inks.
Pale color and resistance to thermal degradation, wide solvency, low solution viscosities excellent gloss and pigment wetting properties.
Compatible in useful proportions with natural and synthetic rubbers, chlorinated rubber, and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers with high vinyl acetate content.
