Composition: Fluorocarbon-modified polymer Properties: EFKA-3277: improves levelling prevents cratering helps substrate wetting acts as a defoamer and de-aeration aid does not interfere with intercoat adhesion Applications: EFKA-3277 is especially suited for: stoving enamels based on alkyd, acrylic and polyester resins polyurethane coatings 2-pack expoxy compounds air dried alkyds systems Addition: 0.5 - 2.0% on total formulation Incorporation: EFKA-3277 should be added at the end of the batch preparation.
Levelling agent that prevents cratering, helps substrate wetting, acts as a defoamer and de-aeration aid, does not interfere with intercoat adhesion. Suited for stoving enamels based on alkyd, acrylic and polyester resins, polyurethane coatings, 2-pack expoxy compounds, air dried alkyds systems.
Recommended usage level: 0.5 - 2.0% on total formulation. Should be added at the end of the batch preparation.
