Properties: EFKA-4560 stabilizes the pigment dispersion of inorganic and organic
pigments and improves the following properties:
gloss
colour strength
flocculation stability
anti-flooding behaviour
EFKA-4560 is pH-independent and has a wide-spread compatibility in
most commonly used water-based decorative coatings. EFKA-4560 does
not influence the water resistance.
Application: EFKA-4560 is specially recommended in combination with EFKA-1503 for
the production of VOC-free tinting concentrates for both water- and
solvent-based decorative paints. These concentrates have excellent
compatibility and can therefore be incorporated by the use of low shear
(shaking machines).
Incorporation: EFKA-4560 should be incorporated in the mill base before adding the
pigments.
High molecular weight, pH-independent polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of inorganic and organic pigments in decorative paints. Improves gloss, colour strength, flocculation stability, anti-flooding behaviour. Does not influence the water resistance.
