Properties: EFKA-5010 helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments and extenders.
This results in:
reduced dispersion time
higher pigment load
increased gloss and flow
elimination of haze during electrostatic application
reduced viscosity
Application: EFKA-5010 is particularly suitable for the following coating systems:
automotive (OEM and refinish)
general industrial
coil coating
acid curing
EFKA-5010 could have a catalysing effect on the reaction in stoving
enamels. This may lead to viscosity increase during storage.
Incorporation: EFKA-5010 should be added prior to the dispersion process.
Solution of anionic wetting and dispersing additive for inorganic pigments and extenders. Reduces dispersion time. Provides high pigment load. Increases gloss and flow. Provides elimination of haze during electrostatic application. Reduces viscosity. Can also be used in acid curing system.

Should be added prior to the dispersion process.
