The use of EFKA-5207 results in the following advantages: reduced dispersion time increased gloss decreased flooding of pigments In white bases EFKA-5207 improves the colour acceptance of tinting pastes, resulting in higher pigment efficiency. In addition it will also reduce flooding and floating in those bases. Application: EFKA-5207 is suitable for use in solvent-based architectural and decorative paints. Addition: 0.5 - 1.5% based on TiO 2 or extenders 3.0 - 5.0% based on other inorganic pigments Incorporation: EFKA-5207 should be added prior to the pigment dispersion process. Wetting and dispersing additive for inorganic pigments (especially TiO2 ) and extenders in solvent-based architectural and decorative paints. Reduces dispersion time. Increases gloss. Decreases flooding of pigments. In white bases, improves the colour acceptance of tinting pastes resulting in higher pigment efficiency, reduces flooding and floating. Addition: 0.5 - 1.5% based on TiO2 or extenders or 3.0 - 5.0% based on other inorganic pigments. Should be added prior to the dispersion process.
