Rheological Additive for Asphalt Based Applications
BENTONE A140 additive is an organoclay (tetraalkyl ammonium bentonite).
High efficiency versus conventional additives, 2X or more depending on application and dispersion equipment
Smooth and easy incorporation into hot { > _ 140°F (60°C)} Asphalt cuts
Does not require any chemical activator other than water
Produces highly thixotropic rheology and excellent particle suspension
