DAPRO DF 1760 Foam Suppressor can be used in various waterborne systems to prevent foam formation during manufacture and application. DAPRO DF 1760 Foam Suppressor remains effective after extended storage of the system in which it is used. All non-volatile components of DAPRO DF1760 Foam Suppressor are FDA compliant under CFR Title 21 175.105; 175.300; 176.170 and 176.180. Applications DAPRO DF1760 Foam Suppressor is specially recommended for use in can coatings,automotive (OEM) coatings, car refinishing coatings, industrial and maintenance coatings,coil coatings, wood finishes and architectural coatings. The use of DAPRO DF1760 Foam Suppressor provides the following benefits: Good storage stability,rapid foam knockdown and persistent performance even after long term coating,no adverse impact in coatingloss,effective over wide pH range,relatively easy to incorporate,contains no aromatics or mineral oil. Dapro silicone-free foam suppressor can be used to prevent foam formation during mixing, and provides rapid bubble-breaking in applied wet films. Modified polyol foam, contains no aromatics. Should be used when long-term effectiveness is required. Provides good bubble resistance on roll-out. Provides excellent ease of incorporation, excellent resistance to crawling and fish eyes, excellent bubble resistance when mixing, excellent effective over wide pH range, excellent long-term stability. Recommended usage level: 0.2-0.6% by weight based on finished formula. One-half should be added during milling and the remainder during let down.
