Dapro DF2162 Foam Suppressor is a highly effective silicone free foam suppressor that exhibits an excellent price/performance ratio. It can be used to prevent foam formation during coatings manufacture and application in water based coating systems.
All non-volatile components of Dapro DF 2162 Foam Suppressor are FDA compliant under CFR Title 21 175.105; 176.170; 176.180;176.200 and 176.210.

Dapro DF 2162 Foam Suppressor provides the following benefits:
Good storage stability,easy incorporation,suitable for addition to the grinding phase,good resistance to cratering,no interference with associative thickeners
Dapro silicone-free foam suppressor can be used to prevent foam formation during mixing, and provides rapid bubble-breaking in applied wet films. Provides excellent bubble resistance on roll-out, excellent ease of incorporation, excellent resistance to crawling and fish eyes, excellent bubble resistance when mixing, excellent effective over wide pH range, excellent long-term stability.
Recommended usage level: 0.2-0.6% by weight based on finished formula. One-half should be added during milling and the remainder during let down.
Can be used in Waterborne industrial coatings, architectural with associative thickeners, clear overprint varnish, wood lacquers. FDA-cleared 175.105. Non-volatile components 175.180, 176.170, 176.210, 176.200.
