All non-volatile components of DAPRO DF 880 Foam Suppressor are FDA compliant under CFR Title 21 175.105; 175.300; 176.170;176.210. Applications DAPRO DF 880 Foam Suppressor is specially recommended for use in can coatings and other food contact applications. It can also be used in waterborne architectural coatings to prevent bubbling that may result from roller application. DAPRO DF 880 Foam Suppressor offers the following benefits:Easy to incorporate,good storage stability,suitable for addition during either the millbase or let down phase,no adverse impact on coating appearance. Dapro foam suppressors silicone free for aquous sytems. Provides air release and bubble-breaking in most coatings and similar materials. Especially effective in preventing bubbling and pinholing that may result from roller application. Provides good effective over wide pH range. Provides excellent bubble resistance when mixing, excellent bubble resistance on roll-out, excellent resistance to crawling and fish eyes, excellent long-term stability, excellent ease of incorporation. Recommended usage level: 0.2-0.6% by weight based on finished formula. One-half should be added during milling and the remainder during let down. FDA-Cleared 175.105.
