DAPRO® DF MOM is a silicon-free, anti-foaming, deairing and anti-floating agent for paint systems containing organic solvents.
Application and Properties
DAPRO® DF MOM can be applied to organic enamel systems, e.g.: air-drying alkyd systems, alkydmelamine baking enamels, acrylic isocyanate
lacquers, nitrocellulose lacquers and acid-hardening lacquers. The effectiveness of DAPRO® DF MOM is particularly obvious in flowing and dipping lacquers. The product can also be applied to spray paints and to paints that are applied by brush.
DAPRO® DF MOM prevents the formation of blisters and craters thereby ensuring a smooth finish of the paint film. It also counteracts the formation of foam that can occur during mixing, circulating, dipping or
pouring. At the same time it also counteracts pigment floating.
