Free of alkylphenolethoxylates and very low in VOC, this single product has been demonstrated to provide high-efficiency dispersion of all pigment types for a wide variety of coating systems. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that Disperse-Ayd W-30 does not promote foam, will not lower gloss nor affect dry time, resistance properties or film hardness. Dispersions made with Disperse-Ayd W-30 are compatible in all types of waterborne coatings and inks. Additionally, Disperse-Ayd W-30, when added to a finished ink or coating, will significantly improve the colorant acceptance of that product. In dispersing dry pigments, development of full color value, and maximum production output are needed for optimum results. Disperse-Ayd Dispersants help you achieve both. They also stabilize the finished dispersions to prevent reflocculation, loss of gloss, and settling on aging. Disperse-Ayd Multifunctional Dispersing Agents do much more than simple surfactants. Whether used as additives or as the grinding vehicles for highly concentrated dispersions, they wet and deflocculate pigments without causing foaming or adversely affecting the film properties of your finished coating.
