M-P-A 1075 additive is a soft thixotropic paste that is non-reactive, non-discoloring, and completely organic in nature.
ADVANTAGES
Semi-predispersed state makes for easy incorporation.
specifically designed for high efficiency in water-reducible systems. Suspends pigments at spraying viscosity. Maintains excellent viscosity stability in storage. Prevents hard settling of pigments without impairing flow and feeling.
Imparts flow control during the baking cycle.
APPLICATION
Virtually all water-reducible and butanol compatible coatings systems.
INCORPORATION
M-P-A 1075 additive should be added at the beginning of the paint dispersion process. There are no activation temperature requirements for the M-P-A 1075 additive. However, faster incorporation can be achieved at temperatures above 100°F (38°C). In systems containing levels of co-solvent greater than 10%, a minimum temperature of 110°F (43°) is recommended.
