GP-616 is a diol functional dimethylpolysiloxane copolymer fluid.
GP-616 is suggested for use as a reactive silicone intermediate in the synthesis of organosilicone copolymer products. The carbinol functionality also provides a site for reactions with carboxylic acids, isocyanates and other organo-functional groups that react with alcohols. GP-616 is also suggested for use as a wetting agent in inks, paints and coatings.
