FLASH-X 330 has demonstrated excellent flash rust inhibitive performance on a variety of metal substrates without the use of nitrites. HALOX® FLASH-X 330 has been effective for inhibiting in-can and lid rusting in our laboratory tests. Used in water-base protective coatings for inhibition of flash rust and in-can rusting. Offers very good efficiency on various metal substrates without use of nitrites. Offers no effect on gloss, low odor, very good package stability, low foam and efficiency at low loadings. Can be incorporated at any stage of coating manufacture.
