ICM 1042 Additive is a silicone glycol copolymer used in a wide variety of paints, inks, and
coatings applications, including UV.
It is used to improve slip, assist in leveling / wetting, and increase mar, rub, and abrasion
resistance of the formulation. It is also used to increase gloss.

HOW TO USE:
Typical concentrations of 0.2-2.0% by weight, based upon total solids.
To ease handling, users may wish to dilute to a 10% solution with suitable diluents, such as aromatics, hydrocarbons, and water.
ICM 1042 is typically added in the final thinning and color-matching step.
Cross-functional formulation aid that Improves slip, assist in leveling / wetting. Increase mar, rub, abrasion resistance of the formulation, gloss. Very little odor. Provides cross-functional formulation Aid.
