Disparlon thixotropic agents (Table 1) offer formulators a wide choice of products for conventional and high solids systems.
Their primary advantages over other types of thixotropes (organo-clay, castor wax or fumed silica) are:

Easier brushing and spraying at similar viscosities
Maximum anti-sagging/anti-settling
Low application viscosities

Versatile polyamide thixotrope. Used as a particle swelling anti-sag and anti-settling agent for general purpose coatings. Provides superior shear thinning, non-seeding properties, easy brushing and spraying, very good anti-sagging/anti-settling, low application viscosities and very good package stability on aging. <br>
Use level: 0.5-2%.
