ALCOGUM® L-237 is an acrylate-based emulsion copolymer supplied at 25% active solids in water. The process employed in the manufacture of
ALCOGUM L-237 allows fine control of the polymer structure and molecular weight to meet the specific rheology and water retention requirements of the paper and paperboard coating industries. Control of these properties can have a positive effect on runnability and surface properties.
It shows liquid for ease of handling and metering, effective viscosity build in high solids systems, improved control of low and high shear viscosity, provides excellent water retention, shear tolerance.
